If for any reason you are unsatisfied with our products, we will provide a refund, not including shipping costs. You must notify us within 14 days of purchase with a valid reason. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange.

There will be a designated pick-up location for your convenience. After adding our items to your cart, you will be prompted to select your preferred location. Once your purchase is completed, you will receive a notification containing the details of the pick-up location and time. The collection window will be outlined in your purchase confirmation, corresponding to the chosen pick-up location.
